Ingredients:
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat, if desired)

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the warm water, honey (or sugar), and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
