Deviled egg pasta

  • 8 ounces (225g) pasta (such as penne, fusilli, or rotini)
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish (optional)


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the deviled egg mixture. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
