Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 box (about 18.25 ounces) white cake mix
  • 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

For the Cake:
