  • 2 cups (about 1 can) of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
